In our courses...

You'll learn:

Basic knowledge of jewelry in general
How to handle precious metal (white, yellow and rose gold as well as platinum) e.g. Sawing, filing , soldering/welding and polishing
Repair of jewelry
Manufacture of sockets for gems
Basic knowledge about gemstones

You'll need:

No experience or prior knowledge required!
ordinary working clothes
In addition to the course fee, approximately EUR 200, - for precious metals and gemstones
(Billing is based on weight and consumption)

You'll produce:

In the first two-hour course a plain gold or platinum ring
Rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, gemstones versions made from your ideas and sketches each in gold or platinum.

Goldsmiths Course

The courses usually consist of four to seven participants and an instructor, with whose help and guidance your jewelry dreams can come true.
Without any prior knowledge!

You can book two different types of courses. Either you work two and a half hours for six weeks (15 working hours) or one day at the weekend (about 6 hours).

In the beginner courses, you learn basic knowledge of precious metal processing and jewelry, as well as the handling of different machines and tools. In the first double lesson an exclusive gold or platinum ring is made.

In the advanced courses, you will learn consuming and difficult techniques - for example, the production of square frames.

In special Wedding ring courses we offer couples the opportunity to forge their own wedding rings in gold or platinum - unique and affordable!

Of course we also sell diamonds and gemstones to everyone (even non-students).
Upon request, our goldsmiths make your Repairs and manufacture customized products of any kind.
We enchase your gemstones - when it is urgent even as ExpressService within a few days!

You pay us the material by weight plus our work.

Diamonds/Engravings:

Through our own enchase-master and in cooperation with hand-engravers each individual gemstone setting and engraving is possible.

In one-day courses we offer the opportunity to get an idea of the goldsmith profession.

Similar to wedding ring courses, your first workpiece will be a ring, manufactured in silver, gold or platinum. It can be decorated with gemstones or pearls as you like.

Our Prices

Our precious metal prices are calculated sales prices. They contain smelting costs, costs for alloying, recycling costs of any residues, 19 % VAT. as well as our trading range. They cannot be compared to the quotes of fine gold like you can't compare the Rotterdam crude oil price to the sales prices of gasoline at the gas station.

After Corona, everyone is happy about experiences that are allowed again. That's why we give you the course fee of 110 € for a third person in the wedding ring course for 1 year. This is allowed to forge a silver ring (20 € to 50 €) and takes pictures of the course. The metal for it must be paid for. So our Corona gift: pay for two but come in threes.

Included in the price is an engraving of both rings with date and name made with machine in block letters and a tarnishing ped for retarnishing and a wedding ring box. We don't charge the Gold solder you need for soldering the rings. It's approximately the same amount as the rasp that falls into the leather whilst working (and is not refundable!). In addition to the course fee you have to pay for material costs, i.e. all material you use. The billing is done according to consumption.
